I am a longtime resident (since 1977) who is proud to represent both buyers and sellers of beach and outlying properties as a local licensed Realtor, and I am also proud to have contributed an amount of civic volunteerism nearly unequaled in our community. Randi, a Boston transplant, has been representing real estate clients since 1999, and she also has a wonderful community presence active in school, sports, and civic organizations.
For over 20 years, I have owned and operated a successful transportation business. In 2000 I retired from that business to become actively involved in educating the general public and training other Realtors about the dynamic and fast-paced world of residential real estate. Randi, a fellow retired entrepreneur, has a vast amount of experience and insight for business that has transferred into a successful real estate career.
With over 34 years of combined experience, we have successfully closed and have represented hundreds of transactions. We have represented homes priced from the hundreds of thousands to the multi-million dollar range throughout Los Angeles County. As a result, our negotiation skills have become our hallmark.
